Management could not rely on existing IT Support, they did not know what systems they had to support
Matraex did discovery of their network and documented their workstations, servers, printers, routers, scanners and other equipment. We provided management with an IT Asset List, effectively giving ownership of the software and equipment infrastructure to the company. We now provide the company with outsourced installationn, troubleshoting and maintenance for their hardware and software. We keep their asset list up to date and their IT infrastruture error free.

A locale medical equipment distributor's computer with sensitive data was infected with a virus and was unusable
Matraex performed a virus cleanup on the infected computer we ran programs and removed unneeded programs and files to further speed up the computer.
