  • Keep the office organized, scheduled and running smoothly
  • Address incoming phone calls, office visitors and packages
  • Manage multiple simultaneous administrative projects

Required:

  • Strong internet and computer skills
  • Ability to organize, remember and followup
  • Recognize when to act without asking and ask before acting
  • Professional appearance, formal and engaging phone presence

Appreciated, but Optional Skills:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Business Communication and Proofreading
  • History with Websites Creation or Review
